House rules:

1-Please do not wear shoes throughout property.
Please ensure you remove shoes upon entry to the property
2-Please reduce noise past 10pm to show respect to our neighbours
3- Please respect property and its furnishings
4- Please do not damage any items or furnishings throughout the property
5- Please report any damage to the host prior to departure / immediately to discuss a resolution
6- Please do not leave rubbish or food on the floor, tidy up after self, and be respectful otherwise you will be charged
7- Please try to leave the property as you found it
8- Turn off all heaters and lights when not in the property and upon leaving
9- If you lose keys you will be charged £150

After an action-packed day, you can relax in our cosy and comfortable living room which includes a Smart TV, super-fast WiFi & Netflix for you to login & enjoy.

There is a W/C on the ground floor, 1 x bathroom with Bath / Mixer shower on the 1st Floor & an additional bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor.

Each bedroom is fully furnished and is the perfect place to unwind after a long day in ultimate comfort.

Guests will be provided with clean linen & towels, alongside complimentary toiletries, just in case you forget them!

PLEASE NOTE: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also have to pay a refundable deposit due to accidental damages. If no damage has occurred, the full amount will be returned.

You will have the whole house to yourself and will not be sharing with anyone.

Late Check Out Charges:

• Late check out can be extended by 1 hour if needed but you must let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaners.
Failure to leave 2 hours after check out time will result in a £50 charge. Anything after 2 hours will result in a day rate charge.

Check In Details:

• Times are from 4pm. Early check in can be arranged. If before 2pm, an additional charge may apply.

Smoking Policy:

• There is strictly NO SMOKING policy and if found to have been smoking there is a £150 charge.

Lost Keys:

• Loss of front door key or no return of front door key/fob will result in a £50 charge
